Remarks: Antique hand woven kilim textile, actually used by Nomads in Northwest Persia . Slit weave kilim technique with Sunbird heads and latch hook design. Muted aged vegetable colors, with hand dyed and hand spun shinny wool, crewel texture weave. Highly asymmetrical with blanket like handle. May be one of several panels sewn together to complete the design.Use on beds, sofa throw, or floor... many possibilites.
