Remarks: Spectacular colors and design are featured in this hand-knotted rug. The Weaver used hand dyed and hand spun wool. A an unusual round medallion has been woven at the center of the rug with stylized dragon heads projecting from each corner. The primary colors blue and gold, cinnamon, tangerine, and suburn dominate this rug. All sorts of Kurdish designs interspersed throughout the rug including several little animals. Look hard for them in the pictures.
Condition: Very good, overall low pile with no bare spots. All sides and fring ends are intact are tied off. The rug has been professionally cleaned.
