We have a 3-day return policy from date of receipt or delivery of rug to your shipping location. For all returns, the buyer pays the return shipping cost and the rug must be in the same condition as it was received. All rugs must be shipped insured and packaged properly.
All of our rugs, kilims, flat weaves, and antique pieces are vintage or antique and NOT NEW…. many are one-of-a-kind. We have purchased a select group of pieces that reflect their authenticity, value, age, collectibility, and aesthetic appeal. These may range in condition to nearly pristine to worn, good antique condition. Please inspect product photos carefully prior to purchase and contact Decorum with any questions prior to purchase. We will send additional photos if requested.
